no problem, it's a great painting, very detailed but small damage to her suit. the mask actually got me thinking for something similar for one of my stories, just the basic idea of a metal tech based mask on the chin/mouth/nose. and nice job on expressing what she's feeling with just her eye. thank you for sharing it

Ahh brilliant... providing i understood you right... i love it when people do not stick to the obvious... vampires for example, some people are like... "oh no, vampires need castles, coffins and have to be allergic to garlic"... its all of fictional invention anyway, so why can we not have unconventional vampires lol.

one of mine has gotten so unconventional i'm calling them 'vasaki' because it's mostly the blood sucking and stronger than human parts that i've kept. i'm totally a subscriber to our monsters/vampires are different. one i did in high school and is pretty simple and stuck with the cuz magic type of thinking, one removes even basic things like turning and tries to stay more with bio and species so i call them vasaki, and this next one i'm going with the is because of virus 'path'. it's fun having to figure it out and explain it each time. and i vary the time period / tech level, one modern / just a few years ago, one in medieval like times (on a whole other world), and this next one will be in at least modern times, i'm tired of no technology. The little bits i have up are all of the one with vasaki, but they purposely don't really explain things about the story very well, mostly my mind was just having fun with being vague. the first one is down, and while the second one is at least what i hope is it's later stages of development, it's still changing constantly, and little changes lead to major editing. and the third i just started this year, so it's in such early stages it's not funny. i have ideas and tid-bits, but even major important things about how their world works haven't been figured out yet, one in particular being very important to like everything. i'm probably rattling since my comment is so long......

i'm sorry they're not on da.... i've just given the files they're in to friends and people i know since they're so full of typo's, major grammar problems, my lovely spelling issues (which were FAR worse back in high school), and (except the first one) subject to too much change. I don't just release to them publicly to the whole world cuz I don't feel they're finished/polished enough for that.
the first one, with jade and jane doesn't get worked on anymore, but is in need of so much editing..... the spelling and grammar problems sometimes seem endless cuz it's like 80 pages single spaced TNR 12pt in a word doc file.
the second with the vasaki hot headed Sarila is still subject to changes that cause me to have to rewrite everything.... and i haven't even even written the part that's supposed to be the real plot, it's all just Sarila's back story, but since she's kinda immortal, it's kinda long.
the last with Nikita and Daz like I said is so early... i have like an intro and half undefined world and like not even half the characters i'll probably need. even just the world itself has major fridge logic problems.
though most of it I have on google docs, so if you really want to you could note me your google account email or get one then note me. i keep them that way these days so I'm always working on the latest version, rather i'm home on my sister's computer or in a school computer lab. the version control just got out of control, especially with Sarila. and cuz i was having a friend and my sister read stuff and give me feedback for a bit, so they could help me idea bounce even though my friend is a long way from here, and that way they always had the most up to date version.
