Could you maybe help me or give some tips on how you achieve the 'painted' look with your Digital art? I've tried hundreds of brushes across both Photoshop and Paint tool sai using various settings & methods and I'm not having any luck with it. It's really bugging me. The closest I've gotten so far comes out looking pretty flat so I'm not happy with it.

I never use "fancy" brushes or whatsoever. Just the normal round brush. Make sure you got your pen pressure on

A bit tired but rather good. I finally got done a bit of art I had been owing for a REALLY long time. Yay. I have my final exam tomorrow which is art. I'm looking forward to finishing highschool but I'm also a bit nervous to sign out the day after as well. Eep.

Join the club... starting to have a cold as well feel like there's cotton wool in my head and my nose is blocked.

The other photos (mostly the full body onces) are taken in a way that make you look kinda small, so perhaps you should try different poses and different angles? This one goes in the right direction, I think: fav.me/d6j76wh

Thank you very much. I'll take that all into consideration for the next time I do a photoshoot. This was my first time and I initially had trouble so much as relaxing infront of the camera. So this helps a lot. Thank you ^_^

the outfit I put together from some vintage clothing we had lying around. The sword prop we picked up at the party shop.
