well, I usually use the poligonal lazo tool and then the paint bucket o .o; that's the main thing I guess ; I hope that helped :3

oh.. hm.. i wonder if the different programs make a difference or not... haha.
cuz i use arcsoft photostudio. which, i think, is more of a pictury thing. i've got
an automatic red eye remover!
