Okay, if want to upload a drawing, you might want to scan it so it ends up on your computer (I have no idea how to do so though). Then when you want to upload something, go to 'add a file'. Then you click on your art and post it. If the art is something on Photoshop, it shouldn't e a problem as long as it's jpg file.
If it's fanfiction, click on the 'add text' and type. Then you post.
I hope i explained that clearly. I'm terrible with explainations half the time
