I use the lasso tool to cut Kamen Riders and I usually save the cutout in .png format so that I can use it again if I want. Basically open up a background then open the cutout as a layer and that is basically it paraphrased. For more advance stuff I suggest you search tutorials on YouTube.

Man poor Nitou just keeps getting 1-UPD by Haruto XP. Now Haruto can use Nitou's rings such as his Dolphi ring to get different effects that Nitou doesn't have. Also, feminine Beast has scarred me for life XD.

I know right, the only Phantom he's killed so far is the one they had for his reveal. Otherwise, he's just mainly been killing ghouls while Haruto gets all the fun. I thought he would be the one to kill Phoenix since Phoenix would've provided him with a good amount of mana to provide for Chimera for quite awhile. Still, the death that Phoenix got was quite brutal. Not sure how Beast is going to get dragon claws. Maybe his hyper form will allow it, because right now he can't use Haruto's rings in his basic form but Haruto can use Nitou's rings. Hopefully Beast becomes useful because right now he hasn't done much of anything and has really served no point in the story aside for what's happening with his grandma right now.

I saw a picture with them swapping rings, So I assume he will just borrow the Land Dragon ring and use its Special. Still very annoying. Usually the second Rider shows how badass he is for a while, then starts to slow down. I mean look at Meteor, he joins the group and takes out 2 Horoscopes. Man, idk man, Beast doesn't even have a bike. I just don't understand why they think Haruto needs all these forms, when they could easily just give Beast more forms: take the money that went to Water, Land, and Hurricane Dragon and use it to give Beast more forms, seems pretty smart to me.

Agreed, that's why I liked Meteor so much. Meteor was such badass and was why I enjoyed Fourze so much. He took down Cancer using his Meteor Storm Punisher, Leo in his unmorphed state with his bare hands, and Scorpio with his regular limit break. To go from someone like Meteor to Beast is really disappointing and I liked Beast's reveal, but so far he's been really disappointing and has not done much of anything besides save Haruto that one time. Date, Ryusei, and Terui were so much better. I agree that Beast should get more forms. Haurto is so OP with his dragon states and the Drago timer and taking down Phoenix who became a major threat(which I kinda wonder if it was a good decision for them to get rid of Phoenix so early).

They did the same thing with Nasca Dopant, but it worked better for him. With Phoenix, they should have kept him a bit longer, or at least have Beast kill him since he absorbs magical energy, or in other words, Phoenix wouldnt come back

Nasca Dopant was awesome and I liked how he redeemed himself a little bit in the end and I loved his design. The other Dopant designs were meh in my opinion. Terror was alright along with the cat one, Clay Doll was laughable, and Taboo was like WTF (seriously what is she? She looks like a pea pod). As for Phoenix, I didn't think much of him at first, but he became a true threat for Haruto and I liked the rivalry that was going on with those two. Phoenix was truly terrifying with those fire wings of his and how he would become stronger each time he was killed and fully resurrected. I figured Phoenix was going to be killed either by Beast or in a way similar to how the younger Toguro was defeated in YU YU Hakusho and it looks like they went with option two. Phoenix is probably not going to get out of the sun anytime soon and he'll probably die since he needs mana to keep resurrecting himself and he'll eventually run out. Also, in order to adapt to whatever killed him he needs to fully resurrect himself, but the heat is too much for him and he dies the instant he tries. Finally, from what I heard the actor that plays Phoenix's human form has already received flowers and goodbyes from the cast and crew. Unless, someone helps him get out of the sun, he's probably finished and I don't see Wiseman or Medussa helping him since they thought he was annoying and was interfering with their plans since all he wanted to do was just fight and cause destruction and he had killed Gates that could become potential Phantoms. Sora could help him I guess, although not sure how he would get to the sun to help XD.
