Its getting better now finally I started sleeping in the recliner once it was injured cuz i had to stay sort of bent...and it just kept feeling worse...till i figured out the recliner was actually making it worse. Lol. Der! Needless to say, Im not sleeping there anymore hehe

Yeah, I think this happens to the best of us! When my lower back goes out I used to do all kind of things. I finally figured out that sleeping on the floor with my legs raised almost in a sitting position reduced the pressure on my back and soon after my back started getting better, so when my back goes out you'll find me on the floor at night!

Really, thank you, Magda has become my friend and I think you have shown her how beautiful she really is, you did a wonderful job! I'd love to see some of the other pics that shows her face more clearly, as a photographer, I know you took more than the one pic you have shown us, but with that aside, I'm sure that you have put a bounce in her step, as a photographer there is no better reward than that! No problem, I really like it! Recently I stopped giving fav's just to be nice, I really, really have to like them, looking for good photography, not photo manipulations, not that I have anything against it, but so many take a photo and do all kinds of treatments to them and I think it take away something from a photo, and I do some of that for my costumers. I'm not talking about adjusting a photo, but what I'm trying to do is start with a really good photo and do thing like B&W, sepias, cyanotypes, I guess more traditional photography. I really like your IR though, and I have a D70 that I've been thinking about converting.

I have to say it great great fun with IRs but there is some heave photoshop work required for it... some would call it manipulation... Im still not too sure if it is or not

I wasn't talking about getting the photo to that sweet spot, but so many people on DA just use layer upon layer almost to hide the photo. I guess right now I'm in my purest period, I use photoshop and lightroom and sometime I do a lot of work in them, but I love when I take a photo and I do minimum adjusting, and thats for regular photography, even Ansel Adams use to do all kind of development tricks to get a different look to his photos, of course he didn't have photoshop. I guess what I'm trying to say, is I think some just over use it all the time, and also they don't get it in the camera and I hear "I'll fix it in photoshop",
I guess I should shut my mouth, I'm thinking I might be putting my foot in my mouth!!!!

Heeheee!! Actually thats exactly what Im doing and I never did darkroom myself - I saw my dad doing it when iw as young and also on one photo classes and tehy did more tricks than I do in PS. Crazy stuff.

Gosh! You're the greatest! I'm always telling other Photographers here on DA, that they should use Lightroom, that it would help their work flow and that you can do most of what you need to do in it and leave the heavy hitting for Photoshop, most blow me off, and others may even have it installed on their computers and don't use it. I think I have forgotten what it was like not having it, I take that back, I do remember, separate file storage programs and the same things that take 2 minutes in Lightroom, took 10 or so minutes in Photoshop. You can guess that I love Lightroom too!
I start with film and sometimes I wish I still had a film camera just for B&W, not that my camera doesn't do a good job with B&W, but I always liked the look of the silver based print, though, I recently found a lab that makes killer B&W prints that I can't do on my Epson.
