I can't give that much advice as i haven't done any speedpaints myself but it has nice composition and colours, the only thing I'm not as keen on are the blue butterflies(?) in the foreground on the bottom right, maybe put a few more details on them or something i'm not sure but it looks an amazing piece overall and especially great being a speedpaint.
