Check out a photographer names William Mortensen. He was a Hollywood photographer in the 1930's. And, he wrote a book called "The Model: A Book on the Problems of Posing" [link]

Although some of his work might seem a bit dated and melodramatic, I think he will give you some great info on posing.

Thanks ! The trick into BW photography is you enhance shapes and textures, not tones. That's how I see it !
