A .doc file would be best. Since I'll probably be printing it out to do have my editing, and then tranferring anything I do onto my computer afterwards.

Never worry about that, reading is a great way to familiarise yourself with writing. However I am sad to say Casting Runesongs is no longer updating online. But hopefully will be published as an eBook in the near future.

i dont have any money to spend on books but every once in a while and i dont have a card of any kind so i cant get books from eBook never mind the fact that i dont have any type of digital reading device besides this computer that i have to share

Well, it will probably be available as a PDF, so you will be able to read it online. But I can't really post the whole thing online then expect to sell copies. As for the card thing, do you have family members who might be able to buy it for you, then you could pay them back. It won't really be that expensive.

true but theres not a kindle or other similar device in my house or my family so that goes out the window

but if you have enough fans you will sell copies of your work...look at twokinds for example granted he is offering a side story to the people who buy it but a lot of people would buy it even if he didnt offer that incentive
