Okay, this is going to be a long email but bear with me! it's rather important.
basically, our 10 hour art exam is next Wednesday & Thursday (Don't forget it's inset on Monday) and Miss Golds needs to know if your going to use stretched paper, mount board or canvas to paint on.
Stretched paper= paper that's been stretched on a board so it doesn't go all crinkly when you paint on i, when you've finished painting the paper will then taken from the board. Only problem that this paper is very thin and quite frail.
Mount board= Thick card, great for painting on.
Canvas= you know what that is!
Only problem is that if you want to use stretched paper, you need to tell Miss Golds soon because it takes ages to stretch it. Also, if you want mount board (I'm geting that) or canvas you need to go buy it over the weekend. Remember, the onl sizes you can have are A2 or A1.
So, overall, it you want to use stretched paper you need to tell Miss Golds quick or she won't be happy. If your going to be off ill tomorrow I can always tell her if you want.
if you don't want to use stretched paper and wan't to buy mount board or a canvas you still need to tell her.
Sorry for the long answer...but I didn't wan't you to come back to school later in the week and be stressed!

Me neither! I'm not really ready for the snow. Th cars always get stuck going up the hill on the way to school andslie back down, like last year.
My art is on Wednesday and Thursday, 6 hours on Wednesday and 4 hours on Thursday

Exams wen't okayish. I'm good at english. Maths however, is a different story XD I did some revising for it ready for tomorrow.
Ely was lovely, despite the fact it rained a little. I got a nice vase that dates from 1900-1914. I aslo got a nice, old, propelling pencil which I can use in art and a massive, heavy (and I mean havy) cut glass jar, like this one: [link]
My mum loved it so much that I mananged to sneak it to the till and pay for it, as one of her chrismas presents. How she didn't notice, I don't know XD
Lazy days are Ok, anyway, it was a rather grim day anyway. You would have only got rained on.

So true, the first paper was really easy but the second was so hard! Mind you, it didn't help that the guy across the room was pulling funny faces at me. I couldn't concentrate.
It isn't the oldest but It's one of my favourites
I'm pleased with the jar, I spent ages finding the perfect hiding place in my room so my mum wouldn't find it. I'm thinking of filling it some classic old fashioned sweets
