Hey, I've got a question. You seem to be a master of anime. How? What's your process? I want to draw anime, but due to carpal tunnel among other things, I suck.

process... Let's see...
Sketch the piece on paper (the general outline, nothing in great detail)
Then scan into computer
Outline the piece using vector tools, (pen on photoshop)
make a color pallate to keep shading consistant
color and shade. Recently I've been playing around with my tablet so rather than adding layers in ascending brightness, it goes in desending brightness. Took that kind of approach due to the youtube videos I watched lately, trying to extract anything I can from watching those speed-shop videos. It is very helpful if you have a sharp eye.
carpal tunnel can probably be avoided in the future with more frequent breaks and good hand posture whether it is holding a pencil or mouse if the position is bad then problems arise. Ergonomics
