I will be posting a customized lancer in a week or two. It isn't done yet. The armor is done, I am just waiting to vac-form it. I have to build a new vac table to fit the much larger GOW pieces.
I will post those (probably) the first week of Jan.

That's actually pretty damn awesome. Are you going to be marketing the armor pieces? I'm looking to build some COG armor for the release of Gears 3, I'm also looking into acquiring a Boltok Revolver.

I won't be "marketing" the armor. That would jus piss off NAS and the license holder and I don't wanna deal with that.
I will be putting it up here on my DA page (but not on my storefront). So the only people that will be able to get a set are people that see it here. Send me an e-mail with your measurements and I can tell you if it will fit without major modification.
I have been wanting to do a Boltok. Let me see what I can do. I am pretty booked up till Feb.

No worries! I do that all the time.
The suit height should be fine, it is the chest that may need a bit of tweaking-like when you want to fold your arms in front of you. If you aren't going to do that, then it should be fine for holding the lancer or drinking a soda etc...
I went with a more shallow chest sculpt based on measurements taken from the 12" figure.

Sounds good! I don't think I've got any reason to fold my arms infront of me while trying to hold a weapon/soda/game. But yeah! I'll e-mail those measurements on Sunday after work. I'll send my armpits, torso, shoulders, waist, and anything else you need!

I ordered my helmet almost a year ago and still haven't seen it other than 10-15 statements of "Oh, I just need 1 more layer and it will be done!" or "Oh, I'll for sure get it out to you on next week's truck". I've missed 2 Con deadlines now and gone helmet-less.

I understand things happen, and life gets in the way sometimes, but what's the deal?

It is an AVI file. Use your Windows media player to view the files. Hover over the episode you want to watch and right click it. Choose "open with" from the options and then select Windows media player. You can also use DivX if you have it. Are you watching this on your laptop?
If so, just bring it over and I will set it up for you.
