And I read your journal and am seeing that you are having similar situations. I hope your grandmother (fiancés grandmother, technically) gets well soon and that those side jobs do the trick so that you can have a really wonderful vacation.

I feel it, girl! I have been so busy lately; I feel so guilty about it too because I haven't had the time I need to work on art. It's always overwhelming when you log on for the first time after a while of being away, isn't it? XD

Thank you so much for your concern, I really do appreciate it I hope she feels better too...I feel a little guilty going on a vacation when she's so sick...unfortunately we already bought our hotel reservations and it's one of those deals where once it's set, it's set. There are other people to care for her while we're gone; I'm just a worry wort I suppose So anything new been going on in your life recently?

Make sure to take some time for yourself too! Work is important of course, but always make sure to have some relax time too Like I'm one to talk I push myself to the breaking point before I sit down and relax

It's fine. If I had a penny for every time I've said one thing and it's come across different from my intent, I could buy a round of drinks for my friends and myself

Ideally I'm trying not to add to my backlog at the moment (especially as I find I'm getting a little stressed and de-motivated with the piece I'm currently struggling with :/) and I'd like to get more familiar with your OCs before I look at doing a gift but if a window opens I'll probably take a shot at doing something
