I used to take him to a lot of little hunter shows, but a few months ago I took him to Kentucky Horse Park and let him school. We haven't been to a real show in awhile though. I'm working on getting him back in shape.

i showed a horse i used to take lessons 4
but...
i got 5th place in the tw things i showed in almost 4th place in one
i had a blast though
i wish i could jump horses
my mom is an expert

It must be cool to have a mom who's into horses.
My parents don't know much about them.
I love jumping. I do dressage too, but it's just not as fun.

Haha, it's ok.
Cross country is a series of solid jumps (logs, ditches, other things you can't knock down) set up in a field with hills, trees, ect. It's timed too. You have to keep a certain speed, or points are added to your score. It's like playing golf, the lower your score, the better.
I had no clue what it was until my trainer explained it to me ;]

Yeh, I love the adrenalin rush you get from it.
It's exciting.
Everytime I take Phantom cross country, he's still galloping on after we pass the finish line. It's funny, how excited he gets.
