Crauw so I went down to chuch camp last night to see my sister on family night. So I walked into our cabin and the memories of you at those tables and on the ground of that camp had me in tears I am going to miss you so much I wont have anyone as smart as me to talk to during class you really ment alot to me and thank for being there for me. I am going to miss talking about stuff other peolpe would not understand. Just thanks and now I am crying for writing this I pray for your safty every night and that you find some friends in your new school.

I will miss you too, my friend. But never let those memories falter, no matter how much they hurt or how bittersweet they are. Friends will go in and then out of your dreamcatcher, but only the one's that made an impact will make a colourful mark in the web of your life. And I am not gone all the way, for I feel that my mark had been made on your dreamcatcher, has it not? So don't be down about my leaving, I am always here. We still have a communication with eachother, but I'm afraid we cannot speqak face-to-face about the matters of which we face. well idk she did hate im but she has not talked about him the reason is because at bates this chick would not stop touching him and he was banned from being with us the rest of canop which was only one day so ya my mom was just a litttle freaked but she is going to call wes and see what he has to say about daniel which should not be bad at all and daniel emailed my mom last night and she has not said anything really i am kinda scared

well last night we all talked and my mom asked questions and she smiled and laughed but i have not been sleeping good i get no sleep i am hot then cold then hot then cold and my spine feels like it is ripping and the nightmares dont help

And I think you're depressed. Those are symptoms of depression. Is it backaches and such/ headaches? Or it could just be stress. I'm depressed and stressed, but I handle it on my own.

Get a dream catcher. Hang the dream catcher directly above your head when you go to sleep. And when a colourful spot appears in the web, hang in and let it soak in the sunlight. Or if that doens't work, get help from a counselor. But if you remember your nightmare, think about it the next day. Then when you go to sleeep, think about it, but think iof it ending in a good way. It doens't work for everyone, but if you keep this up, it'll lead you to start having lucid dreams, which I have all the time. Can you remember what your nightmare is right when you wake up? Because this is what usually happens the majority of the time. Right when you wake up from your nightmare, write down your nightmare so that you ddon't forget it. And nightmares usually happen because of fear or horror.
