Really? I had some natural lucid dreams when I was kid and then I fell in love with inducing it. If you have all dreams lucid, you could be natural, I envy you :-D But I trained it pretty much to the extent that I have them regullary. I am total dream freak XD

i have really light sleep so i usually wake up a little (herp derp i'm a retard and don't know how to describe it) and i realise that i'm in a dream and then... i do... stuff... nevermind Sweating a little...
i guess over the years i learned to recognise dreams.

I think the thing you described me is actually known on some forums as a DEILD (Dream Exit Initiated Lucid Dream), but you can name it however you want... important is that it works. Everybody have some sort of a method. You wouldn't believe how many methods are already out there and how many of them are placebo-based :D (Big Grin)

I love to fly in dreams, but I actually do a pretty variety of stuff. Some are experimental, some recreational you know... trying things impossible to do in reality are pretty funny to do. Chat with gods, taste something you would never ever dare to eat, experience romance, travel into someone's mind, see foregin countries... I tend to go crazy about variety :-D I am something like neuroscientist-amateur so I love experiencing how my own mind reacts, acts and do stuff.

I do a lot of plain joe stuff too :D (Big Grin) Letting the dream pass is also very interesting, but I let it go usually just because I "loose" lucidity (happens awfuly often to me).
