i thought it was good, a bit short though in my opinion, i'd of liked to of seen more of the Genesects past but in the end it was great, i loved that one scene in particular with the Leader Genesect and Mewtwo above the earth.
yep i thought it was great, and if memory serves me well iris barely had the chance to call Ash a "little kid" which was a huge plus.


oh that reminds me, i have a question, it's about that theory about Genesect being a Kabutops, why do you think people thought that?, because if the only apparent reason was because it looked similar than i would have placed my vote on another pokemon since to me it looked more Scyther/Scizor like.

It was alright in my POV but I think it's because the biggest nitpick was the Mewtwo in this movie...I really wished they have used the Mewtwo from the Pokemon the 1st Movie that we all know and love...and plus it makes no sense that there's 2 Mewtwos when there should only be one. On the other hand...GENESECTS!

I actually have no clue why. The only thing I could see Kabutops and Genesect being related is their battle position.

i have to agree there, when i first saw the news about this movie, i was wanting it to be the original Mewtwo, but it is what it is. if it was the original my guess would be that he would have been in opposite form to the one we saw. though then again, based on how he fought in the original first film i'm very likely wrong.

depends on how you look at it really...if you go with the poke theories that have been around it makes quite a bit of sense that there would be more than one Mewtwo.

wow i didn't realise how long i was not on DA, anyway, sorry for the really late reply (again)

i'm in a similar situation since i just finished all my final exams today, though they are nothing compared to what you had to go through, concidering you had to get your degree and i haven't advanced far enough to even do degrees yet, i think, i'm not sure how the system works where i live, even so they were pretty tricky on my part, and i am soooo happy that they've finished, i too can finally take a breath of fresh air.

That's certainly true, i've been good, been catching up on sprites and other things, i'm aiming to upload a few things on DA next week. then i plan to finally familiarize myself with paint tool sai,

Me too, he's loooong since overdue but i'm getting there, i just finished a couple of things that i wanted to get done before i continued learning, they took longer then expected but now that it's out the way, i can be more focused on Skull and animations again, i've been working on something for AndyVader but had to postpone it until now.
