Crows a bility to feel other people's emotions like when Hildi cried he cried....... Can he feel the other person's emotions if they're holding it in and it was covered and nobody could tell..... he could still feel it????

Yeah. He can sense the aura that radiates off the person. The color of the aura depends on a person's mood.
