Not much life-wise, but school-wise we're preparing for some big end-of-year tests
I haven't seen Oz and probably won't for a while. Disney has made me quite mad and I will be on personal strike until I deem otherwise
The Croods? Probably won't see it in theaters, but I might see it when it comes to DVD

Good. I recently watched it online. I can link you if you want. Why you mad at disney? It was quite a bitter-sweet story. And as far as art wise I recently won second place in a contest on here. Drew 3 gifts for ma sis. And is hoping to win a draw to adopt. Also I'm trying to work on a comic but it take's a while considering that i don't know if it has enough action of poses and things like that. Have you ever heard of Jem and the Holograms? Have you drawn anything recently.

Yeah, I'm mad at disney for a few reasons. The disney sketches I'm uploading today are basically the last of them for a while.
1) they bought lucas films and marvel (I know this was a while ago, but it builds)
2) they changed the princesses to make them look like Barbie dolls. The outfits would be amazing! ... if they hadn't changed the original princesses.
3) they're building Avatar Land. which, isn't a big deal, it would actually be kind of cool, but Avatar isn't even disney and it makes me a bit unnerved.
4) they have gone on a hiatus in regards to princess movies. Frozen will reportedly be their last for a while.
5) the tipping point was when I received news that disney had closed their 2D animation department. turns out they just don't have anything currently in production, but it still speared me through the heart. to be a disney character designer for the 2D animation department has been my dream for the past couple of years now and to hear that sort of thing crushed me.
Like I said, everything builds. And that last point just pushed me over the edge. Everything disney in my room is going into storage and disney is currently banned from my life.
Anyways...

I'm sorry I didn't know all of that. So they really closed down the 2d department. That would crush anyone. I mean most of the movies I love are the cartoon ones like Lion King and all the disney princess ones. Except for tangled though. I would've loved to seen that in cartoon. I'm really sorry that crushed your dreams I mean if I had wanted to be a disney character designer in that department it would upset me too.
I don't really know what my dream is right now. But one of them is that I would love to play in The Lion King on Broadway. The parts mainly I would like to play would be Rafiki or in The Ensemble.

Jem and the Holograms is this tv series I just descovered about this girl named Jerrica Benton and her father had died. She was going to lose the record company her father owned to this jerk Eric Raymond and she discovered her father had made this machine called Synergy and uses it to transform herself into Jem a pop singer. Nah, it's okay. They didn't actually shut it down, there's just nothing 2D currently in production. Seriously, though, they CAN'T shut it down, 2D was the foundation of Disney

Well I'm glad you've been okay. Lately what's been up with me is I'm working on more lion refs and gonna work on a Jem and the Holograms oc, plus work on refs for my adopts. Anything you've been working on lately.
