it is. The goal of each level is to obtain a "starite" (basically just a token that says you won the level.) Your tool is a notebook where you write down whatever you need, and it gives it to you. Super Scribblenauts is basically the same, but with the addition of adjectives.

And it has a lot of stuff. Everything from Guy Fawkes Masks, to Longcat to Cthulhu, to some of the weirder things from the D&D Monster Manuel, to the Large Hadron Collider as stuff you can write in.
