Not actual commissions where you pay with money, but point commissions where we use dA's Point Currency System.

Well there's some I know but I can't remember all their names but if you look in my favorites of Ariel and Mowgli pics I commissioned alot of.them by points and those people May may be the ones that might work for you

It's because I couldn't find any reasonable Total Dram Artists who would provide me with the line arts of certain characters needed for them.

Why couldn't you try yourself? I know the start can be a little hard, but remember! Practice makes you better! Everyone starts somewhere and they get better every day
