i asked once, when you make a manga you create the story first or the character?
you're answer was, if i remember correctly, Β you can do the story first and create the characters from here, or the inverse.
now what i want to know is, when you create a character, do you draw the character first and then you give him a personality (hobby, what he like or dislike skin and hair color etc..)
or do you descirbe his personality first and then you create your character from it? i read a book were a japanese mangaka said that describe a character's personality first and then draw him from it make the character "flat" i should say ( boring, not really good, etc...)
as a profesionnal, and from your experience what do you think about it?

Hi, for this question I'd say I really didn't have the exact answers. It's kinda depends on what you want to create. Sometimes I have to plan on how my mecha robot things can do for it functions, and then drawing it out, or sometimes you just want to draw something out and then give it personality and details. It's like it can going together. No need to rely on anything much, you just have to make something that people can fall in love with it like you do. And enjoys creating art, man
