Do you know how to get the required cosmetics? I can't seem to find any way to get the hair right.

If it's a hwm, all you have to do is right click it and there should be a button that says "Add Tf2 Items" or something similar.
Scroll down until you find the cosmetics you need. It should be alphabetical.
