Though this answer has changed as I developed her character.
Ying doesn't go either way. She only engages in lewd acts as a means of humiliation to demoralize her victims. The only reason she hasn't done so to a man before is because she's yet to meet one that fits her twisted, illogical, constantly changing criteria one what can be her canvas.
