# About me
After retirement am volunteering for a mental health restoration charitable organisation. Creativity in all forms has fascinated me since my childhood. Have lost no opportunity to lend creativity to anything that I have been doing. With digital camera I have tried to express my observations, thoughts and feelings. Have written poems whenever I felt the urge. Like to prepare powerpoint presentations. Made collages with various things, including waste products. When working in the marketing division of an engineering organisation had made a short video where an earthmoving machine narrated its life story. The company's vision & mission statements in English were rendered in Sanskrit in the form of mantras (hymns) and that was used as corporate anthem. deviantArt is fountain of creativity and I expect to quench my thirst here with innumerable members of the global creative community.# Comments

Hi, Shehroze. Thanks for the shower of appreciation of my haiku poems. When you have time, would you please let me know, say, just in a sentence why you liked a particular poem. That will indeed be a feast which I will relish most! Godbless. Guruzone, India

Hi, Mixxy. Thnx for selecting my pix as your favs from time to time. I have viewed your Stop BSL video and I simply admire your noble mission of it. Like me you also maybe(?) a novice in using this medium. But I can foresee great future for you because your passion for the pets comes through your videos so very clearly. If you dont mind I have a few humble and friendly suggestions with which you can probably improve the effect of Stop BSL : ^ You may reduce clippings by about 20%, especially those which are very short giving an impression of the images moving too fast to grasp the content. ^ Even if you have to use some still photographs do show them but for a few more seconds to allow the viewer to appreciate its theme. ^ I simply admire the variety of situations you have been able to gather : different breeds of dogs, living with different kinds of animals (including the ones which are known traditionally as sworn enimies or even as favourite delicacy!), playing, sleeping, coddling, doing acrobatics etc. ^ Maxxy, for the sake of thematic addition, could you add a clipping where two different variety and size of animals feeding from the same dish, symbolising tolerance, friendship, compassion and equality. ^ Please review the short message on slides and try to make more relevant to your theme 'Stop BSL' all the more effective. ^ How about deleting pictures of dogs showing their teeth (though they are very few) because such 'aggressive or threatening' pictures may not go well with the theme which aims to show these pets in a compassionate & understanding light! ^Lastly,
could you choose some other background music which is gentler, softer on the ears, considering the noble mission of your video. May I venture to suggest one more, original idea: In the instrumental soft music could you replace the rhythmic percussion/drum beats with short barks of various dogs. This will
almost give an impression to the video viewer as if the appeal is from the stakeholders themselves!
Please forgive me if I have gone a bit beyond my boundary as I have taken the liberty of sharing as if we know each other and what I say would be acceptable tolerated as a friend would! Godbless, keep growing and be happy. Guruzone, India

Mr. Kundapurkar, you are an amazing photographer.
As a deviantartist I not only welcome you to deviantarts but I want to congratulate you for an amazing gallery of photographs in your collection. They are very natural and amazingly rendered, Mr. Kundapurkar
My nana and my dadi are from India - Nana being from the former Patyala state and Dadi from Allahabad in UP. My nani was from Calcutta.
I do look forward to more works from you, Mr. Kundapurkar. I'm sorry if I haven't passed any comments on your work or have favorited my favorites among them but nevertheless, I look forward to your works.
Ummm... on a side note... I read a portion of your Tsunami vs. Schizo, sir, and I was hoping if you could submit it as a deviant. Its a very witty work, much at par with the likes of Mr. Chesterton in its allegories.
YOU, there! D’you know,
Post-tsunamic Trauma herself played midwife
To lot new schizophrenic episodes but
Thought, you rid me forever? Ha, ha!
that is amazingly written sir.

Hi,Shehroze! You have been very generous in your appreciation and I am really motivated. Photography is my hobby as writing prose and sometimes poems. You write with such passion and conviction and I am sure you have inherited it from your universal connection.
I am quite open to learning because I believe learning is for lifetime. I am yet to know what is the significance of awarding points, Llamas, deviantWatcher, etc. I have quite a few unpublished poems but would seek your guidance as you have suggested that I should submit them as deviant. How, would you let me know? Keep growing and be happy. Guruzone, India

Yes Sir. Thank you sir. I am glad to hear that sir.
Llamas = while in South America they are iconic transport machanisms, here the llama is merely a representative of how good you are as a community member. A good comment on another deviantartist's work, appreciable efforts in exposing new variety of photographic techniques or writing good poems, or helping in the writing of good poems/prose, being active on the forum, or writing witty quotes in dAMN it (that's a 2000 character limited dA presentation wherein you have to write a witty quote or anything witty that you can think of), or helping others outside of dA (e.g. introducing persons from your charity work to dA such that their expertise is shown to the world). In essence anything which makes you a useful member in dA earns you llamas. consider them like the good merit certificates that school children receive when they do something wonderful. for llamas sir you need dA points. for dA points you either pay for them through a PayPal account or through a US Dollars credit card. OR you present a donate pool which allows you to do that.
in donate pool. you should edit your profile. click on the "edit page" that is on the bar representing your name, avatar, tagline. then you allow yourself to see the widgets. select the "donate points". then edit it. note how many points you want (generally between 30 and 300 is a suitable amount because there is a maximum limit over how much the dA user can submit) and why you want them. click ok. your donate pool has been generated.
deviantWatcher = this generates random deviants by deviantartists which are very Very unique - they have had numerous viewership for instance, or they are very diverse in their portfolio.
submission (for this you will need to perform the steps on a new tab, sir) =
1. on the topmost bar with your username and search bar, there is a submit icon.
2. Scrolling over the submit icon, click "submit art"
3. in the submission screen which subsequently loads, type the title of your poem
4. select its category - since its a poem, your category might fit under literature -> poems -> nature -> traditional form/ free verse
5. click on "add text" and copy your poem onto the subsequent text screen (unless you have it in pdf form in which case you can click "upload file" and hence upload the pdf file. but I do not recommend this. you will need to upload an image mandatory onto your work and it should be made using the necessary resize software and the image should be at maximum of dimensions 150 x 150. very technical hassle, not worth it)
6. after the file is uploaded, you have the option of putting a display image for your work. This is entirely optional, generally ignored because of copyright issues.
7. by default your work shall be submitted to favorites
8. write a description of the particular poem. You can make your description by adding emoticons which are available to you through the emoticon option (hence why I recommend you perform the entire procedure on a new tab. the comment should be made such that you can select the emoticon of your choice. the emoticon is of the form :emoticon name: such as "llama" which will give )
9. Allow deviants to make comments
10. The default sharing option means that your work is available over the world wide web in general.
11. I do not know how to request critique because I myself am a basic user.
12. select "no" for contain mature content, since your work is a wonderful piece of literature
13. Click to choose creative commons license. Sir it is absolutely crucial to complete this portion.
-> select "yes" for creative commons license
-> select "no" for commercial uses or "yes" if you want to be acknowledged whenever your work is used.
-> select if you want any derivative work to be generated from your deviant, sir
-> click ok
14. now select ok and your work is now submitted
You can either submit it to a group for further exposure. or you can submit your work to the literature forum in "feedback" or "watchers". or simply send a link to your friends and family who are on dA and otherwise and since you have allowed comments they can view your work and the dA users among them can add it to their favorites.
and yes another thing. The emoticons on your right ("love" "Joy" etc) are also representative of the emotion you felt when you were reading your work or when you were reading a comment. These play a critical mode for quick scanning of a deviant - how many people liked it, and the overall tone for the deviant. Like right now I selected joy and it shows itself on the topmost right corner.
This may seem new but in due course you'll be able enough to be not only submitting art but also writing forums and quotes. I do hope this particular comment was useful - don't think I am being demeaning in any way I had the same problem with my own deviant before I went through the dA interface, so we have something in common sir .
Thank you sir, you too stay happy . ShehrozeNCVI, Pakistan.

Llama is simply an acknowledgment that you have visited somebody's gallery, had a look at the work, and appreciated it by giving a Llama. It's free, and a really nice way of saying "Nice work" or something. And when you click "watchers", you will get continuous feed on their work on your page.

Hi, there. After watching your submissions I am reminded of what I had tried some time ago : After almost finishing having coffee I slowly tilted the mug in different, rolled it a bit and was able to get some unbelievable patterns. I shall search one of it and include it in my Gallery for you to see. If you have tried any more experiments please share and inspire. Keep growing and be happy. Guruzone, India
