If your models are white, that means you have missing textures. You didn't take the models out of the folder they came in, did you? That would be one of the causes... Then again, some people are saying they have trouble with the new version of MMD as well...

yeah i didn't i draged it out of the locked folder along with the new version of mmd you gave me the link to and one video said to just drag the pmd file out of the file and add it to the list and it would work the models it came with work but the the models i download

Keep it in the folder it came from with all the textures. Otherwise, it will appear white. (Older models may have worked like that, but now people rely more on textures than anything, and textures only work when they're in the same folder)
