Did ya ever make a Munny 3D model like you talked about a long time ago? I've been working on one so far and I'm trying to figure some stuff out.

Not at all. Thanks for looking.
I wish I could take credit for the Monsterpocalypse designs, but I was working from concept art...the artist is also on Deviant Art actually.

oh, also, sorry to double post, but I was meaning to ask.
How did you find the work for Monsterpocalypse? did you apply? were you sought out? I don't want to pry or anything, I'd just like some insight into the whole 'finding work' side of the 3d stuff. I have to look for an apprenticeship relatively soon.
if you don't want to divulge stuff or whatever, I totally understand. it's just nice to meet someone I can ask face to face (so to speak, lol)

No worries at all.
In the case of Privateer Press, it just happened by accident. They have a fan-art section on their forums, and I posted a 3D model I did of one of the pieces for their Warmachine game. Later they contacted me when they needed artists, based on the fan-work I'd put up.
Specifically looking for work, I'd suggest keeping an eye on the industry sites...especially Gamasutra.com and CGSociety.com. Also take every opportunity to post your work on the web...never know who will see it.
Gamedevmap.com is another good resource.
Hope that helps. What's your interest? Characters or Environments? Or something more specialized?

Thanks for such a helpful response
I really like character work, environments aren't really something I get excited about. I'm also keen on vehicles.
I'll make note of the sites you suggested, thanks again for your help.
