# About me
Taking pictures has always been something that I liked doing, but it wasn't something that I always dreamed of doing professionally. Mostly because I didn't think I had "the talent." But now that I am twenty two years old and have been taking pictures much more than I used to.. I believe I could make it as a professional photographer. I have my bachelor in studio art and have a focus in photography. I have my own business and website.I look forward to showing people who call themselves "non-photogenic" that you don't have to be perfect, or have perfect looks to be beautiful in a photo. Some photos come across as ugly or misinterpreted, but I try to make people understand the true beauty behind a portrait.
My photo-shoots are meant to be fun, they are not meant to be stressed or pushy. When I do photo-shoots with someone I ask them how they want to be portrayed. The pictures are not about me, though they may have my style, the pictures are to show the feelings of the model in the picture. I will tend to make them laugh. I also give them a feeling.. or a phrase and I have them give me a face, or a pose. I don't like to treat people like they are dummies for me to play with. People are people, and should be treated as such.
I am not a photographer who says "Say Cheese", I am a photographer who says "If you were in this position, how do you think you would look or react"
I am a photographer who looks past perfect models and finds the true beauty in someone... Don't ask me if I am looking for something specific, no.. I am looking for you, and that is all.
