The direct translation would be "Nacht-Drache" bzw. "Nachtdrache" (German merges a lot ;) (Wink) - ;) ).

It can be though some times - especially in politics: "Wirtschaftsbeschleunigungsgesetz" for example (Law for speeding up the economy) ;) (Wink) - ;)
