well, all you need to have is a subscription, and in your journal you can post the thumb# of the image
(which are on the right side of the artists comments underneath the deviation)

it would look something like this:

aww, you're so cute. CSS. and honestly, i JUST figured out how to do mine! i've been on this site for years. so ashamed.

anyway, it's really easy! i would search in deviantArt for one that you like, they have a category for it i believe, and if it's free you'll be able to download it to your computer and inside the download they give you all the coding and instructions you need.

that's the best way i can explain it.
