I just joined this to message you as I like your art.

I'm looking to collaborate with an illustrator and wonder whether you'd be interested in designing a range of ebook covers with me?

The series is made up of three books, essentially rom coms but more alternative/ballsy than a traditional story. The first part of the series is already on Amazon: That Semicolon Bitch Had To Die.... the second will be out toward the end of August and the third, prob next year.

Basically I'm looking to work with someone who can commit to doing the covers for all three. I want That Semicolon Bitch Had To Die.... redesigned because although I really like the current cover I think it's too dark and doesn't really embrace/reflect that at it's heart the story is romantic-ish, and not a thriller (why your work really appeals because your characters look just the right balance of real and caricature - more the chick in bikini than the werewolves).

First, I'd like a new cover featuring both of my characters, for my novella That Semicolon Bitch Had To Die.... I'd obviously have to send you descriptions of my characters (Frankie is handsome, everyday but kinda cool. Abbey is a slighty curvaceous curly haired brunette).

I've several ideas for the new one. Basically I want it to be lighter, the same sort of feel, tone and quality finish as your bikini girl but with the two lovers on it and the underlying theme of sinister semicolons incorporated. The Semicolons could be bleeding from an axe, as they are in the current cover, or the couple could be in bed and a semicolon could be lying between them (a sinister threesome). Not sure about that one. One possible other idea is to have a close up of the girl and have her eyes semicolon shaped or her tears shaped like them?! Maybe even semicolons blending/morphing into hearts and floating around the couple etc etc. Ultimately, I want it to have a romantic feel, but also edgy.

If this sounds too complicated, then no worries, but as you're uber young, book covers, as well as your art, could be a good way to make some cash and one day a career.
