Thank you. In a way, I guess? I made the original picture black and white, duplicated it, applied and modified the fractal effect and then added in the original colour image...and then built up the colours and everything else with brushes by hand plus some other varying effects. It took awhile to make it look right >< But it came out bright and shiny so I'm happy ^_^

That's the nicest compliment I've received since I started playing around with GIMP four months ago. I honestly am like a blind ducky myself whenever I start working, but I'd love to try my best to show you some of the things I've manage to pick up from various places ^-^ I'm not very good, though, so I might be like WTF 0.0 too hehe

There are a ton of awesome tuts on here I have a whole section in my Faves for 'em lol
