Yeah but I can't explain it very well.....sorry. But why? do you want icons of a specific character?
If you want that you can tell me which character and I can make more icons of that character ^^
But if you really want to make them yourself then I shall try to explain.
1 First you need to find the moment from an episode that you want to make a gif of.
2 Then you need to record that moment.
3 And then you have to change that recorderd moment into a gif! and then your done ^^

Well, I want a gif of Fubuki Shirou as my icon..You already did emoticons of him, and I tried to use one of them as my icon, but it said that it must be lesser than 15kb or something-- But I really want a gif of fubuki as my icon...just like your current icon..;w; Can you do it for me?
