And an art block sucks! Usually I just take a long break (like a week or two) and watch anime haha. I try not to think about the art block cause I feel like that tends to make it worse.

If you actually have to draw for something though I suggest taking a nap and putting on a random playlist (I usually just type in a song on youtube and they'll give me a suggested playlist). I find that listening to new music gives you a different mood than listening to what you usually listen to so you might feel more inspired...

I hope I helped haha there's not really a quick fix for artblocks (though I wish there was!)

I've had my first art block for months now. I try drawing once in a month, but nothing happens.

I just don't feel good. I find new inspiring songs every week and indeed I get many ideas, but when I begin drawing

I just want to cry T.T I can't draw what I want to draw and whatever I draw is ugly

And that sounds like quite a problem...hmm
When that usually happens I just doodle chibis. But keep your ideas somewhere, maybe jot them down in words in a notebook and take a look at them after awhile?
I guess the best advice I can offer you is just don't think about your art block and doodle! It'll go away soon enough!
