Now I don't think I could really explain to you how to use SAI in a comment, you'll have to search around for a tutorial for specific things, like creating a gradient or blending colours.

Just give it a go, and if there's anything specific you don't know how to do, feel free to ask me or find a tutorial. I recommend the latter.
