You don't have to put that "alas" (= down) word there if you don't want, it doesn't play big part in that sentence.. |D

No, not axactly.. In Finnish language we read "i" like "e" in English But I don't know how I should tell how enunciation is with letter "ä"...

Well, when you want to say "my friend" then you can say "kamusein" or "kamuseni", but "kaveri", "kamu" & "ystävä" means all "friend" (Sorry if I'm confusing you)

When I find some way to tell how you read letter "ä", I'll tell you...
