I found that European landscapists produce the most vividly colorful landscape.

I can't judge that. But the landscapes here are certainly different from US landscapes...

I usually think "maybe if I get a new camera, it'll be possible to make masterpieces". Then I realize it's not the camera, but the photographer.

Of course it is not the camera! If it was only the camera there would be so much masterpieces...The camera is just a means to an end. A new/better camera is not the key for making better photos but it can encourage or help you though!
It's about always being critical with yourself! And above all it's practicing and always training your eye and vision!
