I bought some time ago my first SLR, and the camera is Sony Alpha A230. Professional photographers might think that it's so amateurish camera, but I don't care It's okay for me, but I've planned to buy a new objective, since I only have the basic kit lense (18-55mm, F/3.5-5.6) in use at the moment. I'm still learning to use it more properly and getting used to adjust apertures and shutter speeds.

Ah nice. i use this old compact camera. but im kinda saving for a nikon.. but that will come when i move in with my boyfriend : D

Yeah, you have time Nikon is a good product to save for. I used to photoshoot with Sony DSC-W30, which is also digi compact, but then my ex-friend dropped it to the ground and it broke. Oh my fucking sake I was mad and sad!! Althought it was "just" a compact, I could took pretty good quality photos with it.. It was so easy to carry with you, what SLR isn't because of its size. I don't have money either to buy that objective for a long time since I'm a student, but some day in the future..

No problems at all! Many of my works have been declined, even though (and to be honest) many of other photos that have been more uglier and with really bad quality (in my opinion), have still been accepted to some group-gallery. But no can do.. Sometimes I can't understand the people who make those decisions

haha sorry, not with it, i've been trying to keep a deadline with the drawings i've done and are going to do plus keep the votes going. i'm like cry exhausted where i've literally done all that I can do and even more and now it just seems like it's all for nothing. And my dream is to help everyone I possibly can. and leave me out of it type thing. which I know your suppose to do stuff for yourself but I dont do that. I'm not like that.
