tiring!!

it's a bit strange...I've got to do all this thinking and stuff and I'm just not used to it my brain had packed in yesterday at 3.15 which was exactly the time they decided to tell us what we needed to get prepared for next week's assignment. It's my home study day today, I've been making a spotlight bulb from useless materials and researching artists.

Yeah I know what you mean about thinking. At some points they've said 'right do this and think of an idea and draw it blah blah' and I've thought oh crap I can't think. Today I started my first assignment which was based more around graphics as that will be my focus for the next 3 weeks or so. I basically have to illustrate a 50 word story we chose randomly and we can use photography etc to show the story in 3 stages. Walking there and back has certainly tired me out xD. I also need to research some graphic related artists too haha. But overall I've really enjoyed it, it's been a lot better than school and I have much more freedom and variety on what I wanna do ^^

Just seen that your going to art foundation soon you'll love it, i just finished my foundation course a runshaw, was really good, learned all kinds of techniques. Also found a passion for sculpture besides drawing good luck and dont feel nervous its not uncommon to have older students all i did was draw too haha but this course starts you off easy and gets your familiar with all kinds of materials. ranting on abit here haha sorry

yeah I am especially looking forward to the 3d module...I'm just sad they don't have airbrushes, I'd really like some airbrush lessons
