I see that. Reviving old work is very rewarding in the end also. I go back through my sketch books for more ideas once in a while. U've always been fantastic with hair

Hair can really make or break a good picture so I always try to get that one aspect down first. Its important because it shapes the face and adds character to the portrait

I love the feeling your one painting gave me. Its the same feeling I got when I was looking at this book I have that showcases work by Chris Foss and Patrick Woodroffe and the sense I felt from those works of truly 'other worldly'. Now if you throw in Zone of the Enders you have your work.

Amazing comment, once again thank you. Quite a few people have told me it reminded them of ZoE already, so it's funny that you say that =}. I haven't seen the series before but I may go check it out now that so many people have brought it up. Also both the artist you mentioned are quite talented and have a stunning vision, so that made the comment all the more!

ZoE was an amazing PS2 game that was a sleeper hit. The second installment was better than the first and had a better style. That's where most of the similarities are between your work and the game. There was an anime that came out after the games but wasn't as good.

I loved the sense that one work you did gave me. It was like when I was looking at this one book I have called "The Guide to Fantasy Art Techniques" and seeing works by Chris Foss and Patrick Woodroffe and the sense that those paintings gave of truly 'other worldly'.
