Not gonna lie, it is quite messed up. Still the vast majority of this community (muself included) wouldn't ever hurt anyone in real life. As long as it's all in fantasy and none gets hurt for real then it's all good Just my opinion...

I totally get an obsession with violence. I myself am fascinated by blood and gore. I love drawing it and i love horror games and movies. But i guess my issue is that all of these images are sexy naked dead women. It seems like its creating a fetish for hurting women or seeing women suffer which seems really unhealthy. I get the fantasy to some degree. But wouldn't it be hotter to hurt a woman who likes it? rather then just see women that are decapitated? Is this usually a fetish or just an interest? I guess i just don't understand. It really seems to be against women in general. Do you think you could explain it to me? I mean no disrespect. I just want to know i guess. It's quite tough to explain actually, guro is one of the more extreme fetishes on the internet. As I said before, the whole focus of this is in the fantasy. Most people who like this kind of art don't have anything against women, it's just a fantasy. There is male guro as well and apparently it's quite popular with women. It's a fetish and like all fetishes it isn't something everyone likes and understands (I don't get how foot fetishes for example). Personally, if something that appears in my art happened to a real person then I'd be disgusted, noone deserves that kind of pain. The whole violence against women subject is something people can talk for years and never get anywhere as there are too many opinions. Hope this helps. Heh Thanks so much for responding! I have weird fetishes too. just not Guro. I didn't even know it was called that. And yes the violence against women is a topic that never can come to a solution or agreement. It's just one of those things. It makes me feel good to know there is a male Guro too! Most of them are done with XNALara, it's posing software, bit of a pain but there are loads of models for it.
