I'm not allowed to buy online so i can't get wigs anywhere except anime conventions, which i only go to once a year... ;A;
And costumes are j-just.. adfgag hard to sew ;;

Make-up is subjective but if you want brands then illamsqua/clinique/Lancome/MAC are what i would buy [if i was rich] 8'D
just drop by to your chemist, they should have make-up supplies there♥
Do you have a fabric store near your place? Or a major fabric retailer of any sort? In Aus we have Spotlight and Lincraft so most of us know where to go but considering you're in CANADA...UM....Ask your mum 8D

Ahh really i wish that I live in Australia ;; Cosplay is so much more common and it's easier to get things ahh here's it's expensive. I don't think we have a spotlight or a lincraft... The only on i can think of is fabricland
