# About me

Cool! Here's one of my two official mascots. This is my Mario, Kao Ninjaratzu! (Yes, both the wolf and the Manan are the same guy.)

Anyway, I picked this since it's my persona of Starmaninja, Kao. Uh...I created the galaxy of Starmaninja and every character I've drawn unless otherwise noted are mine and mine alone. I love creating new things and I want to eventually make animations and stuff like that (you know, cartoons). Every comment means a lot to me, even more than simply watching me, but regardless, I love to draw, and even when there are few comments here and there, I'm happy to show my artwork.

Current Residence: Starmaninja (my galaxy)
Favourite genre of music: The music in DDR Mario Mix, any non gamegear Sonic game, Parappa the Rapper, and DEFINETLY my music.
Favourite photographer: Take a good photo of a Wolf being happy and you're my favorite
Favourite style of art: Honestly, anything cartoony, yet still with a sense of maturity.
Operating System: Whatever keeps me going
MP3 player of choice: Gamemaker. It's the only software that loops MIDIs perfectly
Shell of choice: If it isn't Mario Kart Wii's blue shell, I like it.
Wallpaper of choice: Well, Now a MARIO and SONIC one
Favourite cartoon character: Kao and Starky, but non mine, Mario and Sonic (and LUIGI)
Personal Quote: I'm tired of hearing people complain. Why can't we all just accept each other as we are?

Thank you! Yeah, I usually just listen to other music and get inspired by different styles. For the most part, I make it up myself, but I usually listen around for style types that I could try (such as Jungle, Ocean, Carnival, etc). It's pretty fun actually, and it doesn't take that long, usually a day or so, but I work on each one little by little, so it shouldn't take more than about 4 hours...maybe 2-3.

Thank you so much!

You're welcome ^_^
I don't hear anything like
that so it's a nice change
from what i usually listen
to, how do you do it so fast?

I'm not really certain...Listening to various Video game music all the time helps me get the style down, but the melodies, I usually make up as I go. I just pick a base melody, and divide the music into sets of 16 measures, then I just set up the base, and add the main melody later. I guess like making all these characters, it just comes to me..., but yeah. I like doing things uniquely and different. It's also why my characters are styled the way they are, and the music is the way it is...

Sorry it's been awhile. I was away at a college visit for a few days, but I'm back now. I go back to school on the 8th of September. Yeah, half a month of Summer to go...it's sad, but...it was enjoyable.

Le gasp! Oh, well it's part of the death note series but the actual movie movie and not the anime, it's dubbed in english but hey, it's fun to read! Anyway, it's about how in the last 23 days of his life, L from death note saves the world yet again, he tracks down a group of terrorists that invented a virus to wipe out mankind and it's really intense, Kenichi Matsuyama plays as L and he does a great job.

Ah, I see. Aw man, I feel like I'm in a rut, because I've never seen Death Note either (I've heard of it, but I hardly watch television anymore due to the stuff that comes on otherwise). Sounds like an interesting show from what I've heard. I'll definetly look into it sometime.

that's awesome! It really is a great manga/anime. I know what you mean about television to. I rarely ever watch it except for when something I want to watch is online, I watch most of my manga on the internet ^_^

Ah, I see. I usually spend so much time working on my own stuff and the requests I get that I hardly have time to watch television. Drawing has dominated me pretty much, but it's so much fun and it makes people happy. I mean, feel free to suggest anything you'd like to see. I'm open all the time.

Drawing is fun, I'm just not that good at it...most of the drawings I do are either from bases or veryyyy crappy, as you can tell by my most recent deviations. I ALMOST CRIED WHEN...wait...I'm not gonna tell you cuz you said you were gonna look into death note so I'm not gonna spoil anything.

Aw, that's fine. We all tend to feel like our own art isn't perfect, but good practice and a little effort will always allow us to improve, that's what I like about art.

Ah, don't worry, I don't mind spoilers. I think even if you told me, I probably wouldn't know much about the scene, but thanks anyway.

Well thank you, death note characters were some pretty awesome people, the ending of the third movie always makes me cry but it's not sad just realllly sentimental.

Ah, yeah. I know what you mean. I don't like it when death happens to a likable character. That's why I don't have any deaths in my shows. I know it's an emtional appeal thing, but...it's just too sad and the character will never be seen again, so I don't want to do that. Understandable.

SuperWario In reply to Nekozawafangirl44 [2009-08-31 01:19:39 +0000 UTC]

Yeah, I know what you mean. I just wish that movies didn't focus on making it as sad and depressing as possible. There are too many things in real life that are depressing for us to have to deal with fantasy characters dealing with worse problems. It's why I avoid that type of stuff....heck, even in Toy Story, when Buzz Lightyear found out he couldn't fly, I fast forwarded past that part until the song ended completely (the after effect on the notes didn't play anymore). Sad stuff is just too depressing, and I don't want to worry about that when it's all unnecessary...I'm sorry...

Nekozawafangirl44 In reply to SuperWario [2009-08-31 01:22:33 +0000 UTC]

Totally! I love Buzz Lightyear, I was also sad when everyone started hating Woody, it seems that disney and pixar movies are some of the sadest.

SuperWario In reply to Nekozawafangirl44 [2009-08-31 01:25:38 +0000 UTC]

Yeah, I know...strangely...they tend to be the most entertaining. What I like about Disney and Pixar's movies though is that they have mountains of funny stuff and a great ending every time (like how Hogarth from the Iron Giant found out that the Iron Giant was okay in the end). While Mufasa's death in Lion King was too much for what I'd accept now (since I saw it a long time ago, I'm used to that scene), I just love the whimisical humor in the movies, and the ending is always great.

Nekozawafangirl44 In reply to SuperWario [2009-08-31 01:29:26 +0000 UTC]

Yeah! I remember watching Iron Giant a LONG time ago, dude that was such a great movie, i also remember that I cried during the lion king, I am SUCH a sap! Another movie that made me cry was Lilo & Stitch and Lilo & Stich: Stich has a glitch.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

SuperWario In reply to Nekozawafangirl44 [2009-09-02 17:55:41 +0000 UTC]

Ah, yeah. I loved Iron Giant. Great movie and great ending too. It's like the happiest ending one could ask for.

Yeah, Lion Kind was sad at that part, I don't remember crying, but the rest of the movie was pretty up beat...I guess to make up for that scene. It's alright though, as Disney movies always have those scenes that make you upset or sad. I mean, look at Dumbo, that scene where he's with his mom in the cage...I can't even watch that. Or Bambi, with his mom (good thing that scene was short though). I don't remember much of Lilo and Stitch (which sucks because it was a great movie and show), and I've never seen the Glitch Stitch movie. Yeah, I don't know why Disney was so depressing, but at least their later movies are better (Like Madagascar 2, how Alex's father gets shot in the beginning, but is still alive).

Why is it that the best movies are always so
depressing? Frankly, most of the movies I watch are
disney and pixar, I can't remember how many times
i've cried watching those kind of movies, I am
such a sap though, I also cried in the movie
Bridge to Terrabithia, that was just too much when
his best friend died, it was soo sad.

SuperWario In reply to Nekozawafangirl44 [2009-09-03 03:25:29 +0000 UTC]

Ah,yeah....I mean, they don't need depressing themes to make good movies. I mean, look at Madagascar and Madagascar 2. Nothing depressing about those and they were excellent movies. The Iron Giant didn't have anything depressing because of the ending. Bambi 2 was pretty good too (I know Bambi was "reminded" and did get knocked out, but at least it was a minor thing and he was fine in the end). At least movies lately have been generally depress free...

SuperWario In reply to Nekozawafangirl44 [2009-09-03 03:40:23 +0000 UTC]

I'd honestly say "The Iron Giant" or "Madagascar 2". I don't watch movies that often, but those two are perfect in my opinion. There's nothing really sad in them, so it's great and happy all throughout, and the few sad moments are done so well that it appeals to the emotion rather than just trying to depress me. Yeah, basically, I love those movies the best because everything is just great about it. Plus they're funny and entertaining too. Very nice.

How about you?

^_^ For some reason I think that movies that are made for younger kids are always better than movies made for older people, it's like comparing Watchmen to Lion King, of course Lion King would be more enjoyable to most people, but that's just my opinion.

SuperWario In reply to Nekozawafangirl44 [2009-09-03 12:46:47 +0000 UTC]

Hey I completely agree. I'd personally rather watch something like Dragontales, than watch most of the movies/shows that come out targeted for adults. Besides, most of the time, the themes that make movies for adults are things that are not only optional, but just revolting. They need to realize that unnecessary romance that's WAY over the top, an incredible amount of swearing (or any swearing at all), random killing and violence, and unnecessarily sad scenes don't make good movies. Those movies are terrible for that reason. That's why kids movies/shows tend to be better, but even in that category, it's about finding a good producer, because some kids shows are terribly boring and almost as dumb (like most shows on Disney Channel and Nickelodeon today).

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Nekozawafangirl44 In reply to SuperWario [2009-09-03 16:30:01 +0000 UTC]

Totally agree, I LOVE Dragon Tales ^_^ But yeah the producer's are important take (please don't hit me) Twilight for example, I read the book and it was great but the movie in comparison was such a let down, I got over Twilight right after it got popular too, whenever I stop liking things it seems they get more popular, i like the new show Making Fiends on Nick Toons, it's probably meant for little kids but it's so fun to watch ^_^

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

SuperWario In reply to Nekozawafangirl44 [2009-09-03 17:52:21 +0000 UTC]

Ah, I wish I had nicktoons. All I have is Nickelodeon, which is getting to be so bad right now, watching the paint dry would be more fun (the sad thing, is that I'm being serious, I actually watched the paint dry while a show was playing on Nickelodeon...). Don't worry, while I don't like Twilight at all, I've never read the book so I'm following the philosiphy of "Don't like it, don't watch it." So, it's fine mentioning it, I just don't want to talk about it. Yeah, the little kids shows are very entertaining. Interestingly, enough. I'm trying to go for a unversal appeal. My cute animal characters should appeal to the children, but I'll have some things serious (not mature, because that's unnecessary) enough for adults to also enjoy it. One of the things I hate about mature/Rated PG-13/R movies is that the reason why they're rated that way is due to something that they added in that could've been entirely avoided and made the movie better. Like making a movie R rated because there's a mating scene between the main couple in the movie even though it's an action movie. It's sickening...

Nekozawafangirl44 In reply to SuperWario [2009-09-03 18:23:22 +0000 UTC]

Indeed it is, I mean, what is the point in doing that? I mean take the newer horror movies for example, it's just an excuse to put porn in theater's again and frankly it just makes them hard to tolerate, I used to like horror movies but now I can't stand most of them, mostly I just watch movies like UP or something, it's cool that they're making cute movies still and not all going to the dark side, it's like the more time that goes by the more smut they put on television and in movies, even on the internet you can go ANYWHERE and find something innapropriate, it's quite irritating.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

SuperWario In reply to Nekozawafangirl44 [2009-09-03 19:15:31 +0000 UTC]

Yeah, I know. It's awful. Why do they have to do that? No one is interested in seeing two people doing..."that stuff" and yet they try to sneak it in. There are so many flaws with that though.

1. Gender issues. They need to realize that most of the world perfers NOT to see their own gender revealing themselves, and there's another percentage that doesn't want to even see the other gender revealed. Why don't they realize that...?

2. Reputation. These movies are only ruining their reputations by doing this. Many movies and channels that could've been good are now being ignored and rated badly because of stupid stuff like that.

3. Make the thing look bad. Seriously, the reason why mating looks so bad and makes people upset to watch is because it's a PRIVATE thing. No one wants to see a couple doing that. Plus when you think about the possibility of a child...it turns from a gross appeal, to a matter of life and death. That's the sad part...and no one even cares. Mating is supposed to be a wonderful thing that gives a wonderful free feeling and possibly makes a new life. Movies and shows make it look flat out disgusting and vulgar, by throwing out the life stuff and just showing it off for the appeal. It's sickening...

Ah, well. it's sad that we could rant on and on about this, but that's not going to change the minds of anyone...I'm glad you agree with me. I'm just going to stick to my happier cartoons. I'll at least say this though. I don't mind the explicit stuff existing, but AT LEAST put it in a place where if people WANT to look at it, they have to find it themselves and WANT to search for it, and if people DON'T want to see it, they can surf the net and not ever worry about it.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Nekozawafangirl44 In reply to SuperWario [2009-09-03 20:48:59 +0000 UTC]

It is sad, sure you know explicit stuff is out there but people don't have to be shoving it in your face everyday, it's like mocking people who have no relationships, I'd like to go to a site to do what I need to do and not have advertisements flash on the side saying "Woah, hot singles are waiting for YOU!" it gets irritating the first time but it doesn't help when it's on every single site. -_-

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

SuperWario In reply to Nekozawafangirl44 [2009-09-03 21:12:12 +0000 UTC]

Yes, that's exactly what I meant. It sucks that you usually have to pay to get rid of such advertisements (like this site, you have to get a subscription to get rid of the ads...which sucks because some of the ads are messing up my computer. I tried reporting the ad, but they asked which one specifically is messing me up, and the page never loaded for me to see because the ad would force me away.) People just need to watch what ads they put on their sites, they don't need that explicit stuff on the side of everyday sites like this or Youtube (Youtube is worse because they put explicit VIDEOS that users hosted in the face of public view).

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Nekozawafangirl44 In reply to SuperWario [2009-09-03 21:20:50 +0000 UTC]

Yes...deviantart, youtube, and playlist.com are the worst sites for explicit ads and sadly those are the sites I use the most -_- that and yahoo, some people are to broke to afford subscriptions too, and they seriously do need to watch the ads they put on here, I'd love to create my own website with absolutely nothing explicit and have just really cute stuff...it's like the only website you can go to anymore is sprouts or other sites like it.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

SuperWario In reply to Nekozawafangirl44 [2009-09-03 22:34:38 +0000 UTC]

Yeah, I know what you mean. I have a site building software (it works like Microsoft Word, but a bit more advanced). I'm hoping I eventually get the chance to wrok on that, and I promise that I'll only advertise safe stuff too. Nothing explicit at all. Those sites need to realize that people are pretty sensitive about such things and need to realize that very few are going to click on an explicit ad anyway...let alone a normal one...so don't have explicit ads. I'm not even going to Youtube's main page anymore because of that...Youtube is seriously the worst.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Nekozawafangirl44 In reply to SuperWario [2009-09-04 00:25:37 +0000 UTC]

Oh yes, I mean you can go there and even the video's being watched right now thing is just disgusting, I mean, seriously there is probably 1.5 out of 10 people out there who click on ads at all, no one even cares, it's just so irritating! Horror movies are the worst movies that have stuff like that in it and to be honest, I haven't watched a new horror movie in at least a year because of it.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

SuperWario In reply to Nekozawafangirl44 [2009-09-04 01:51:27 +0000 UTC]

Ah,yeah. I completely agree. Those youtube videos are gross and shouldn't be made up front, or at least let us be able to avoid that tab...I just have a link in my favorites that takes me straight to my channel, because I don't want to deal with that. Ah, yeah...Horror movies...I haven't even watched a movie PERIOD...they're all so distasteful lately, and another thing that annoys me about these new movies is how realistic they try to make them. There's NO imagination value in any of them anymore...I mean...look at most of the latest movies. How many of them have unique creatures, in a unique world, with cute and cool designs and really cool stuff? Almost NONE. Most movies take place in some realistic City like New York or Hawaii or something, and they try to make the characters look as they would look if they were real, which is terribly boring. Until some imagination is put into these movies...it's all the same to me and I'm tired of the lack of imagination and thought being put into these movies...so lazy. The sad thing...is that if it does have unique creatures, or unique worlds, etc...they're always displayed as they would be if they actually existed...and sadly, that means that a potentially awesome creature is a mindless crazy, that does nothing but destroy and shreek. It's awfully annoying. And the worlds? Disgusting alien slime holes that look about as pleasant as sewers...or realistic areas that ALREADY exist in real life!

Another thing that really ticks me off is all the movies about the world ending in 2012 or even this yearm it's so irritating! The world will end when the sun makes it explode! Stop worrying about it and live life! But yeah, the whole sterotypical shreeking and destroying things is really irritating, and how come in almost every movie about aliens or monsters is that they're sterotypical and creepy looking, I like the older star wars movies because there's actually some imagination in those movies, just like there's no imagination with vampire crap anymore

SuperWario In reply to Nekozawafangirl44 [2009-09-05 03:10:53 +0000 UTC]

Ah, yes. Movies today just seem to focus on taking something small or dumb and making it seem like it'll destroy the world. It's really dumb too how everytime they do that, they always have some dumb theme behind it, or make the avoidable scenario a suicide mission. It's all boring and has no thought in it at all, plus the end is always the same too, either there's some dumb monologue or everyone's fine. Plus, what makes the person they focus on so great compared to everyone else? If it affects the world...then more people should be involved than some random guy, and his follower girlfriend and few other friends. Yeah...I just pointed out another cliche. For the STUPIDEST reason, I've NEVER seen a movie where there's a LEAD female, and a MALE sidekick! That's pretty infuritating, and yes, this is comming from a male. I'm more than tired of seeing male leaders and female sidekicks (especially when they never really do much aside from look "pretty" and get in trouble). The ONE exception to that that I can think of is "the Incredibles" which is another one of my favorite movies. They made it so that Mr. Incredible was the main character, but Elastagirl was still very important and did many things herself too. She almost NEVER relied on Mr. Incredible and they were a TEAM, which is what most movies fail to incorporate...TRUE TEAMWORK!

Whew...yeah...movies just need to realize that a female can do EVERYTHING a male can do and doesn't have to be limited to the "lesser sidekick who does everything the male says because the male is the main character and can do many things a female can't" BS. That's another thing my shows are focusing on fixing. Female characters that are not only as strong, but possibly STRONGER than male characters to show that females are every bit as good as males for many roles.

If ANYONE else that was a guy told me this I'd
stare at them and burst out laughing, seriously,
you are THE coolest guy EVA! I'm actually quite suprised
I found someone that shares the same views on things as me. I'd try to even talk to my friends about this and they'd get
bored. -_- And seriously, another thing is music, music is getting more and more vulgar and derogatory to mostly female but even male as well! Like in Lady GaGa's song Love Game (I think that's the name) it's so aggravating that people put that on the radio especially when parents are getting less stressed about what their kids listen to! Coming from a 14yr old girl. It's so irritating! And what's with all the innuendo's now a day? People can't even eat popsicles without someone saying something stupid!

Hehe, Thank you so much! I feel the same way for you too, as no one else even listens to me when I bring up this kind of stuff (even my parents sometimes wish I was a bit more open on this stuff sometimes, but they generally see my point).

I agree with the music thing too. I never even listen to the radio anymore, and like the television, I usually turn it off when I get the chance. The music of today is sickening and does contain a lot of vulgar stuff to the point where I'd punish MYSELF if I listened to any of that (well, by sending myself to my room and forcing myself to listen to Sega's GOOD music for about an hour, doing other things obviously). The innuendo is gross too. I mean...it's sick that no one can even SAY anything without some immature kid making some sick joke about it. Heck, I could even think of many things that people would make up for KAO himself, just because he's a black haired, somewhat silent ninja.

Is it sad when you have as many characters and songs as I do, and you don't want to be popular...? I definetly don't want to be popular by today's standards...otherwise, my characters would be everything I never want them to be. If my popularity is to get beyond this, I pray that my fans are as kind as you are. Heck, all my youtube videos are private except for a few...and I disabled ratings too. Youtubers again...tend to be the worst, but there are a few gems, like you, that make a lonely type like me so happy that I host my stuff on the internet in the first place. Thanks so much for that.

Aww ^_^ I'm glad to be your fan!

Society today is a disgusting place, most of the time I stay at home, locked away in my room listening to music and wasting my life away on deviantart. You call that punishment? *laughs* I think that'd be awesome, I'm not going to lie, two of my favorite songs are the theme songs to Pokemon and Yu-Gi-Oh 5D's, which is such a cool show, who doesn't love shows about card games? Just randomly, I'd like to tell you three things that absolutely terrify me. Spiders, Clowns and Gerbils. Ridiculous no?

Hehe, well, I guess punishment could've been in quotes.

Yeah, that's pretty much how I live my life. Locked up in my room on Deviant Art and my channel on youtube all day (strictly my channel, I only go to the main page for subscription updates and messages, and I haven't use the search bar in...forever). Yeah, those themes are amazing. I love the Pokemon music and Yu-gi-oh. I also love digimon. I tend to like animes that take place in the relative future, with all that cool technology. It's more modern and actually uses imagination too. I love that. The only thing I like being realistic (without being crude) are detective stories. While I hate it when they take place in real life areas or are based off of real life events, I love when the crime is realistic enough that I could try to solve it too. Very fun.

Hehe, my top 3 biggest fears are:

3. Any Red lines in a pitch black room.

2. Corpses and rotten/smelly stuff

1. (this is wierd...) In the game, Kirby and the Crystal Shards, the ONE think I can never get over is the sight of Adeline transforming into an evil form...I don't know why, but that still freaks me out to this day. I always skip that cutscene and the wierdest thing, is that NOTHING else scares me like that and I can usually get over it. This...I can't at all.

Hehe, yeah, the first two make a bit of sense, but the last one...is a bit odd isn't it?

I love doing top 3s though.

Yeah, I like Psych a whole lot and Scooby Doo, ever since a few days ago I always find myself watching dragon tales ^_^ I freaking love that show SO much. Top three's are very fund ^_^ I haven't watched Digimon since I was geez like five, it's never on anymore, the last thing I remember from that show is that someone was trying to take over the city. It's not that odd, there's stuff that terrify's me that's pretty pointless...like falling, I hate falling because yesterday, I sprained my tailbone, again -_-, speaking of top three, what's your top three favorite colors?

Ah, yeah. Many good shows no longer are on air anymore. It's pretty sad actually. I also hate falling and am probably the only person who hates going down stairs more than up stairs...probably. Aw...I hope dearly your tailbone gets better, that must've felt so painful...

Hm...well, my top 3 favorite colors are...well, it depends on a couple of things:

My favorite colors in general are:

Red, Green, and blue

My favorite primary colors (the color that surrounds everything also note, applies to fur/scale color, never skin color) for males:

Red, Green, and blue

My favorite primary colors for females:

Purple, chocolate milk Brown, white

My favorite secondary colors for males (the skin/wing/claw colors):

Blue, red, purple

My favorite secondary colors for females:

Purple, Hot pink, Cyan

My favorite flavors:

Least favorite color combinations:
