I noticed you were confused about the rules here on devi so I thought I'd help.
DeviantART is for sharing your art and creations with others on the site.
That means you should only upload your own works, if you want to upload something that isn't yours then you have to ask for permission from the original owner first (unless the creator says otherwise).
Uploading other peoples work, selling it, or claiming it as your own is considered as art theft and can lead to a lot of negative backlash, so please be careful.

Other than that there's not much else when it comes to rules, some artists might have their own rules for certain things, but if that's the case then it should say so on their page.
