I was hoping you could try an underwater shot in an outfit of your choice.

If you want to be flashy, bubble often. It makes the picture more flashy and you more attractive.
You could also do a surface shot.

Then again, if you don't end up having a waterproof camera, you could always do a surface shot
(You're still underwater, but the photographer shoots the picture above the surface.

Aw, there are a lot of different options to choose from actually! More often than not you can find cosplay costumes for sale on ebay and other such cosplay websites, you can make them yourself, or you can get them made for you by others who take commissions.

Ok, so LISTEN UP! lolz

Kitty- A very cheerful, optimistic 15 year old girl. 
Think of a cheerleader, but add some features that make her look less cheerleaderish. For example, Long sleeves, Longer skirt, Black tights, Blue and yellow sneakers, A pop star hat, a topaz necklace, and one arm having several bracelets.
For her bodily features, she is very athletic and slim. She has pink eyes, golden hair, and is considered very pretty.
Kitty adds heartwarming as well as goofy scenes to make the readers feel good.

Raven on the other hand, is quite the opposite. 
She is very depressed and touchy-feely as well as being easily moved to tears. 
Her body style is average. Her hair is the darkest black anybody can imagine, and goes all the way down to her heels. She has a coyuple of strands over her shoulders, but she keeps them curled.. Her eyes are an Icy dark Amathyst color (blue and purple, but darkened.) She wears a strapless black and dark purple dress, long heel boots, black lipstick, Very large dangling earrings, and a black, gothic, and elegant necklace.
