Very much so. I'm building a layout that, rather than depicting a prototype road, is based "freelance" on several studios I've been to in the past. This allows me to do the Wild West town that I wanted, without the issues of having to model a strict prototype of the "Old West" which is less exciting to model than what Hollywood gave us over the years. (this also allows me to model some more fantastical scenes as well, such as Steampunk)
