literally : "you're welcome" is "vous êtes le bienvenu / tu es le bienvenu" (formal / friendly )

You can say that in french but I think it's too much formal, more than the english sentence.

It would be more natural, more casual to just say "De rien." (literally "de rien" = "it's nothing" ).

or maybe "Je vous en prie" , I still think it's just too much polite, or as a joke between friends.
"Je t'en prie" is better, less formal.

"De rien." is the best for me, it's not exactly the same level than "you're welcome" but it seems appropriate to me.

Well, I didn't draw them, actually. That was Tracy Yardley, , an official artist of Archie's official Sonic comic series, who drew it. It was a request from , and I decided to colour it. Glad you think it's "nicely done", though. I used official Archie Comics illustrations of Sally & NICOLE as reference for the colours.
