Haha really? I suppose - most of the people I encounter here are either students or pursuing some sort of career in art. Sometimes I have old friends from high school asking me if I still draw; I always think that's crazy, just because I prefer a business/management oriented career doesn't mean I'll stop doing something I've loved my whole!
Wow, economics? I would have liked to study something like that, but I'm afraid my math skills isn't up to par OTL Hehehe

Yeah it's great to see there are so many professional artists and those pursuing artistic careers It's almost as if your friends forgot you can still have hobbies lol. Business means no fun and art xD just kidding! Though maybe they just miss seeing your drawings.

How long have you been in business school?

Economics is really interesting, well more so if it's microeconomics (so the business side). It's one of those majors where you figure out how things work and solve problems. One of my favorite classes was Game Theory. The math isn't all that bad, it's pretty much just taking the derivative and finding the tangent.

This is my third year in business - it's mainly focused in tourism/hospitality management, but I'm also studying logistics and supply network. It's pretty easy as far as business goes, but I honestly can't think of any other career I can see myself in (apart from art, but I didn't want to go in that direction).

Ahh, I really like the sound of that. I've heard of Game Theory before, but I don't remember much of it now. At one stage I was well acquainted with all these terms, but I've been out of the math loop for so long now that it's all rabble to me
(It's sad to think the height of my math career was back in high school)

I apologize for vanishing the past couple weeks Been so consumed with my new job. But now I can pay the bills

Though classes actually sound fun. I like learning things that are practical (or at least can relate to life around you). The supply coursework must be interesting. It just seems like one of those big mysteries of the world. I can't think many people know what goes on behind the scenes.

Do you get to work on any projects for those classes? I'm glad to hear you enjoy your school And who knows, it may give you plenty of time to keep enjoying art too!

Yeah, it was fascinating majoring in Econ. I think I know what you mean though. I was tutoring my cousin for his Grad School Econ class (and all I ever did was my B.A.) and it took some time for me to learn the equations again to even help him. I guess there is only so much we can remember without using it daily. Just don't let it get to the point where 2+2 is rabble xD
