I can answer because I have dolls like that: She doesn't make the dolls. She customize and photograph them with great talent, but before, she buy them blank at Korean or Japanese stores. Look at her gallery folders: the names "Dollshe", "Volks", "Migidoll"..., those are names of asian BJD companies. The BJDs are made of resin and are quite expensive. Hope that helps. ^^
