# About me

My name is Ryan and I was born 8/10/87. I have an Associates degree in Graphics Design. But, a little bit about myself first. I got into making art when I was about 13. I first started dabbling in Adobe PS when the only version they had was 5.0 at the time, and since then I have upgraded to the latest cs5. I used Pixel2life.com as a means of teaching myself the different filter tricks of photoshop and soon fell in love with the program.

Since then I have a completed over 10,000 tutorials in photoshop, as well as taking a few college classes here and there, and am now starting to dabble in Web Design.

I can do professional work when I find it, but mostly create and utilize my talents as a hobby, so most of what you see in my gallery is hobby work, with little professional pieces. I am just like any other artist when it comes to expressing their emotion into a form of visual art. The main media that helps me accomplish this is listening to my favorite genre's of music. I am highly inspired with any form of electronica, including Trance, Techno, Dubstep, and Drum 'n Bass. I listen to Ambient music when creating my Space illustrations.
